Aspen Strong provides valley-wide mental hygiene workshop to your workplace through our Workplace Partnership Initiative. Our goal is to empower employers in our community to deliver mental health programs and equip their employees with tools to address their mental health needs. Learn more.
Regional Trainings (Pitkin, Eagle, Garfield)
The Aspen Hope Center – provides the following classes to the Roaring Fork Valley: We Can Talk’ Suicide Awareness, Mental Health Wellness, Crisis De-escalation, and Psychiatric Emergency Training.
Garfield County Healthy Communities Coalition – supports collaborative efforts in providing community resources so that all people within Garfield County have full, equal and equitable access to opportunities that enable them to lead healthy lives.
Mindful Life Programs – offers mindfulness resources, programs and courses designed specifically to provide practical, accessible and universal skills that empower you to transform your life with attention and intention.
Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities – communication skills training to enrich your relationships by making you more aware of your own communication profile as well as the core behavioral tendencies of others.
Speak Up Reach Out – provides education in Eagle County and offers many virtual and in-person training opportunities throughout the year.
