  • When you send email to a professional through the Aspen Strong directory or when you call a professional using their listed number on the directory.
  • When you make a donation or use our online payment to process a sponsorship or partnership payment.
  • When you register to be listed in our directories. We collect information that will be used to create your profile in the directory, such as name, address, and email address, as well as well as such professional information as your qualifications, certifications, the demographic region in which you practice, and your fields of specialty. We collect additional information for our records that may not be displayed as part of your directory profile, but is necessary to check the Information you provide.

It should be noted that our Online Screening assessments are anonymous, however the screening will ask demographic questions and other questions related to mental health topics. The data from these reports is used to support Aspen Strong efforts especially in the form of education and when sharing with partners or sponsors our efforts to support mental hygiene in the valley. The data is in aggregate form and is shared to support our efforts. A separate privacy policy is listed on the screening site.

We do not collect any personal information from Visitors when they use the Website unless they provide such information voluntarily.


We only use information we collect to provide you the services on our website that you request.

We may use a software technology called “cookies” to create a personalized Web experience for our users. Cookies cannot be used to find your name, email address, or anything that is uniquely identifying about you, unless you provide that information. We use cookies for those applications that require us to keep track of information to customize results. Providers on the directory cannot opt out of receiving emails related to their account on the directory. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Information available to third parties — for example on message boards or web logs; through email; or in comment or chat areas — that information can be seen, collected, heard, and/or used by others besides Aspen Strong. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.  We will at NO TIME be contracting through Aspen Strong our services, and will therefore not be held liable for the same confidentiality laws our professions require.  The Aspen Strong website and services are for educational Purposes only.
